1. Cancellation by the Client (You)

• 7 days or more before the event: You may cancel your booking, but refunds will be subject to our [Refund Policy].

• Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be provided. You may request rescheduling (subject to speaker availability).

• On the day of the event or no-show: No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

2. Cancellation by the Speaker

• Our team will assist in finding a suitable replacement.

3. Cancellation by Jaabla

• In rare cases where Jaabla cancels an event or booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or may opt for rescheduling.

4. Rescheduling Option

• Instead of canceling, you may request to reschedule your event.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.

• New dates are subject to speaker availability.

5. Force Majeure

Jaabla is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or government restrictions

• Health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)

In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution (credit, rescheduling, or partial refund).
