1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a speaker, or offering services as a speaker, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use Jaabla.

2. Services Provided

• Jaabla connects event organizers (Members) with speakers.

• We act as an intermediary platform and are not responsible for the performance of speakers at events.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Jaabla.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.

• Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through Jaabla’s official platform.

• Prices include applicable fees and GST (where relevant).

• Jaabla charges:

  • Academics/Corporate Speakers: Fixed fee + service charges.

  • Other Speakers: 10% commission + GST.

• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Speaker Responsibilities

• Speakers must provide accurate information, including profile photo, bio, packages, and availability.

• Cancellations by speakers may lead to account suspension.

• Speakers are responsible for delivering services as described.

6. Member (Client) Responsibilities

• Members must ensure booking details are accurate.

• Members agree to treat speakers respectfully and professionally.

• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

• Please review those policies before making a booking.

8. Messaging & Communication

• Jaabla provides an internal messaging system for safe communication.

• Sharing personal contact/payment details outside the platform is not allowed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on Jaabla (logos, designs, text, graphics) is owned by Jaabla or licensed to us.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Jaabla is not responsible for:

  • The content or quality of a speaker’s presentation.

  • Any damages, losses, or delays caused during the event.

• Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid through our platform.

11. Termination of Accounts

Jaabla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, policies, or laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
